[Comm2011] Target Processor; update

The OmageCam Commissioning Team had some feature requests for the Target 
Processor. The following have been implemented :

* Specify Target; for template grouping the template totals are shown in 
the legend, templates have consistent coloring
* Select Targets; for faulty ccd's a cluetip is shown with the 
quality_flags and their description

Open issues :

* Coupling template ID's or names to classes for OmegaCam.
