Dear Jeffrey, Ewout, Gert, John,
Thanks John for the nightlog.
Jeffrey, could you inspect the 3x3 grid data? Answers we are looking for
in order of priority:
-is the 3x3 grid of 5-point dithers as you expect?
and then:
-what is the astrometric quality of the coadd: talk to Kor and Erik Deul
how to do this. And John, you might have advice how to proceed.
and finally:
-non-photomeric indeed?: come talk to Ewout/me if needed.
Ewout+Gert is looking into the 32 offsets. I propose Gert takes the lead
in this so Ewout can concentrate on the polar field analysis.
Questions here are:
-32 positionings in order?
-exptime ok: enough standard stars.
-should data be repeated: data useful at all given non-photometric
conditions?
Best wishes, Gijs
