Here the division of work for the baseline OCOM2 activities as I see it:

-flux linearity: Ewout leadas
-SAs on 32 CCD analysis + flatfield vs rot angle analysis: Gert leads
-tiling strategy: Jeffrey leads
And of course:
-daily monitoring basic data quality (imstat/visual inspection): DRB leads
