On behalf of Parlogs (already discussed with them (Karen Vallejo)), I
contacted CWL and ask them about your question related to your trip from
SCL-ANF-SCL. Unfortunately the refund is not possible, but you can ask for
reissue a new ticket or you can transfer it to a colleague for future trip.

My travel agency was unable to re-schedule my return flight from SCL to 
AMS unfortunately (which tells something about the agency and its 
relation to Air France, I'm afraid).
This makes the trip overstressed, or alternatively I have to buy 
completely new tickets. After consulting the OmegaCAM team at Paranal, 
they confirmed operations are going smooth and my presence is not 
critical coming nights- so its not worth  it to go in "crisis mode".

Though very disappointed, the only sensible way forward is to cancel the 
whole trip, which I did.

Iris, parlogs: can you please take this up. No idea whether refund of 
SCL-ANF-SCL is possible. Thanks for all your help and understanding!
