[Comm2011] gain trend plot

Dear Ewout etal.,

Attached the gain trendplot for the April 27 night in which FIERA 
settings were varied.
Once we have more recent gains we will send those as well.

Have you made an overview of changes to the detector/FIERA settings vs 
time? Otherwise we will deduce them from the nightly logs.
