[Comm2011] commissioning log day 7

Hi everyone,

It's actually only this morning that we've taken readnoise and gain
templates to confirm the 2 changes (if I'm not mistaken) made last night:

1) Replacement of a video board to fix the stuck bit in CCD 91.
2) Soldering back of the original capacitors on controllers for CCD 85-88.
