[Comm2011] illuminationcorrections workplan Groningen

Hi John and Edwin,

Attached is a topcat-loadable csv file containing the individual 
measurements to whicht the illumination was fitted for Johnson B. The 
same value is subtracted from the zeropoints of each star, regardless of 
chip. From a first quick look it suggests one sees chip-to-chip stepwise 
variations, not a smooth curve expected from a global variation.
