[Comm2011] CalTS wishlist

Hi Willem-Jan,

I noticed two things I would like to have additionally in CalTS:

- Removal of comments (for all CCDs simultaneously) with a simple button 
(only permitted if you are the creator)
- A new entry "Template", similar to RawFitsData, where you can 
invalidate all exposures belonging to e.g. aborted templates.

Note that Template/OB do not themselves link to instrument, but template 
does have a filter property. Perhaps even an is_valid could be added to 
OB/Template.
