[Comm2011] Millipede cluster short queue

Hi everyone,

As you probably noted we have some issues with regards to performance / 
wait time as well as reliability when processing on the different 
clusters available to us (Millipede and Grid).

The short story is this: if you want to continue to use the short queue 
of millipede, you must use
the test dpu for now. To do this add

dpu_name         : dpu.test.hpc.rug.astro-wise.org

to your Environment.cfg, or choose this DPU in the Target Processor. As 
before, the dpu_time must also be below 1800 seconds.
