[Comm2011] Bias, quickcheck since cable replacement

Hi everyone,

Here are 2 trend plots for september, which show that for these two 
properties the fix seems to have worked. Data run upto 19 septemer, 
there is some noise around 16 september, but 17-19 september are close 
to values at beginning of september.
