[Issues] dbView Sourcelists

Hi Konrad,

In the form for selecting SourceLists (and most other objects for that matter)  
there is an add form box just below the main form (perhaps we should put a
name on this to make it more obvious).  Select the sub-object with the extra
information you want, 'filter' in this case, and click the 'Renew' button to
the right.  The form will be regenerated with the persistent attributes of
Filter in addition to the attributes for SourceList.  Construct your query as
usual and click 'Submit'.  The next screen will now have the additional Filter
attributes in the view.
