[Issues] Groningen dataserver slowdown

Dear Issues List Subscriber,

One of the Groningen dataservers experienced a temporary slowdown beginning 
yesterday afternoon.  The condition was rectified this morning, but may 
recur.  If you experience excessive sluggishness related to dataserver 
retrieval (consistently greater than 30 seconds delay), please notify us by 
replying to this Issues List item.  Thank you.
