[Issues] Attention SysAdmins: New LDAC software version ready

Hi All,

This message is for system administrators and any users maintaining their 
own set of Astro-WISE binaries.  If you do not fall into this group, you 
need read no further.

Accompanying the updated Python astrometry software, LDAC will need to be 
upgraded.  This version includes minor bug fixes and enhancements in 
precision required by the Python layer.  Please upgrade at your earliest 
convenience and don't hesitate to run the unittests.  The 'current' version 
of Python code contains enhancements that take advantage of the LDAC 
improvements.  The current 'AWBASE' version will benefit only slightly from 
this upgrade.

Please report any problems you experience to this thread so they can be 
dealt with in a timely fashion.  Thank you.
