[Issues] Update - Some Groningen dataservers not available

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The issues with the underlying storage of the Groningen dataservers have
been narrowed down to specific pieces of hardware.
It is expected that the erroneous hardware will be fixed or replaced in the
following days.
