[Issues] dpu

Dear Astro-Wisers,

The dpu server (dpu.hpc.rug.astro-wise.org) is not performing very well
because of network
bandwidth shortage between the hpc cluster and omegate (the machine the dpu
server is running on and which is going to be shutdown for ever soon).
Today at 2 pm the database, dataservers and webservices will not be
available for 24 hours. We will try to migrate the dpu to another machine
in this period of time.
Note that the webpage of the new dpu server will only be accessible via
https.
