[Issues] Astro-Wise database Type Evolution finished

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The Astro-Wise database and related webservices are available again after
this mornings Type Evolution.
Please update all your cvs checkouts to ensure that the persistent Python
classes reflect the corresponding tables in the database.
Since this concerned a change to the data model, do not hesitate to report
any suspicious behaviour of the Astro-Wise environment.
