[Issues] Groningen dataserver maintenance - progress update

Hi Danny,

I am getting the ORA-01110 error during a recursive make of a
ReducedScienceFrame, specifically the SatelliteMap.make().  Here is an

line 143, in make
line 583, in derive_weights
line 615, in get_satellite_map
line 193, in make
line 1576, in area_search_on_sources
DatabaseError: ORA-00376: file 26 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01110: data file 26:

This occurs during any recursive make for a ReducedScienceFrame for
first-look coadds, regardless of the desired target.  Here is a summary
list of all the different "data files" that came up, with the first
occurrence in the early morning of 04 March:

ORA-01110: data file 7:
ORA-01110: data file 9:
ORA-01110: data file 16:
ORA-01110: data file 17:
ORA-01110: data file 25:
ORA-01110: data file 26:
ORA-01110: data file 38:
ORA-01110: data file 39:
