[Issues] Groningen dataserver maintenance - progress update

Hi Danny,

I am getting the ORA-01110 error during a recursive make of a
ReducedScienceFrame, specifically the SatelliteMap.make().  Here is an
example:

This occurs during any recursive make for a ReducedScienceFrame for
first-look coadds, regardless of the desired target.  Here is a summary
list of all the different "data files" that came up, with the first
occurrence in the early morning of 04 March:
