[Issues] Astro-Wise database Type Evolution on Tuesday, April 7th, 2015 - finished

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Additional updates to the global astrometric code have recently been
committed that relate in part to this week's type evolution.  Please update
your CVS checkouts one more time to get the full set of changes.  As usual,
please report any unusual behavior or bugs that might surface.
