[Issues] Groningen data storage issues - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The metadata of the underlying filesystem for the Groningen dataservers is
currently being made redundant again through an operation that is called
rebalancing. This process is not expected to have ended before the end of
this week, meaning that it is not likely that the filesystem will become
writable earlier than next week.
Note that the webservices are available and limited processing is possible
from target processor using the "survival" dpu and dataservers, although
this is discouraged to prevent the metadata rebalancing from slowing down.
