[Issues] Groningen data storage issues - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Although you might be able to access the Groningen dataservers and DPU work
on the underlying filesystem is still going on. One piece of hardware is
expected to be replaced today or tomorrow.
It is recommended to avoid heavy dataserver use for the time being.
