[Issues] Astro-Wise database available again

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The Astro-Wise database is available again.
The database node itself was recovered successfully and webservices have
been restarted where necessary.
The cause for the failing relocation to ensure redundancy has been
identified and repaired accordingly to prevent downtime  due to node
failure in the future.
The cause for the node failure itself appears to be connected to a failure
of some daemons that are port of the shared filesystem. It is under
investigation how to prevent this from happening again.
