[Issues] Groningen data storage issues - update

Dear Astro-Wiser,

With the greatest pleasure we can announce that the full functionality of
the filesystem used by the Groningen dataserver has been restored and
access has been granted.
Because data are being copied from the survival hardware to the production
hardware we will transition gradually from the survival dataserver to the
production dataserver. For the time being you will have to continue using
the survival dataserver.
You wiil be informed when the transition to the production dataserver has
started after which you can start using the production dataserver again.
