[Issues] Groningen database down

Dear Astro-Wiser,

As you should have noticed the Groningen database is down since
2016-02-20T16:35.
The reason for this is an issue with the underlying storage. Although the
root cause is currently still unknown, a sinkhole is fortunately not the
culprit.
The database and related webservices wiil not be available until further
notice.
An update will be given Monday, 2016-02-22 at the latest.
