[Issues] Groningen webservices unavailable

Dear Astro-Wiser,

As you have probably noticed most of the webservices are down.
The airconditioning where our machines are located has failed Sunday
evening and the backup airconditioning has taken over. Since the backup
airconditioning does not have sufficient capacity some of our machines have
been switched off.
Webservices like dbview, calts and the target processor are not available.
The database and a dataserver are still operational, through sheer luck,
allowing command-line work to continue.

It is unclear when the cooling problems have been solved and the machines
will be switched on again, but we will let you know as soon as we are
informed.
