[Issues] Groningen Peregrine HPC available again & Stop Days 2016.

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The Peregrine HPC maintenance has finished and the cluster is online again.
All nodes have been upgraded and had several fixes and improvements.
This means dpu.hpc.rug.astro-wise.org can be used for proccesing.

The following dates are reserved for planned maintenance in 2016, which
means access to
database, filestorage and webservices is not guaranteed on those days.

   Tuesday, December 6th, 2016

These are the Tuesdays following the first Monday in each month.
