[Issues] Groningen data- and web-servers down - UPDATE

Dear Astro-Wiser

Progress has been made with the problems of the underlying storage for the
Groningen Dataservers and Webservices. Although the storage is not
available yet, we have been told that this will likely be the case later
this week.
Unfortunately, due to a problem with the underlying storage of the
Groningen database, the database has become unavailable. We expect to have
some news on the situation soon.
