[Issues] Groningen Peregrine cluster down

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry to say we have issues with the Peregrine cluster again, below
is the message from the CIT:

Dear Peregrine users,

Currently we are experiencing some issues with the /home/ and /data/
filesystems on Peregrine, which is the lead to an inability to login to
the cluster. Jobs seem to be still running at the moment, but not being
able to write to /home/ and /data/ might lead to some job failures.
We are working to solve the issue and will let you know as soon as it is
resolved.
