[Issues] Groningen dataservers and dpu available again

Dear Astro-Wiser,

After some hard work involving checking and replacing several components
the experts have managed to get the bulk storage working again.
As a result the dataservers and the dpu are available.
Although we are convinced that the issue has been addressed appropriately,
this concerns a change in hardware, so let us know if you experience any
problems.
