[Issues] dpus

Good Morning,

I have finally migrated the dpus to their new hardware (from target to
datahandling).
The dpus are open again so you may start using them again. Please be aware
that
not everything could be tested! Mail me when you encounter problems!

At the moment the coadddpu.astro.target.astro-wise.org is still opertional,
however,
it is an alias to coadddpu.astro.dh.astro-wise.org. I will remove the alias
on Feb 1, 2019!
Start getting used to that!
