[Issues] Astro-wise services up again

Dear Astro-Wisers,

Last evening we were able to start up the data servers again after
maintenance of the
lustre file system and the servers themselves. After that all other
services were started.
Unfortunately, due to the many lustre crashes, the database maintained by
the dataservers
was found to be corrupted. We were able to restore the database  but we
will have to
check whether all files are in the database (about 100000000 entries) in
the comming weeks.
