[Issues] [FINISHED] Downtime of Astro-Wise/OmegaCEN dataservers, dpus and other services

Dear Astro-Wiser,

The DPU and all web services are up and running. The remaining issues with
the Peregrine HPC have been fixed.
Since this was a major maintenance effort, taking more than two days,
please check that everything is operating as you expect.
