[Issues] Update to astropy

Hi everyone,

Tomorrow 27/1 we will replace the /pyfits/ package with /astropy/ (which 
incorporates pyfits in astropy.io). To this end the DPUs will stop 
accepting jobs at 7:00h, and brought down around 9:00h. Possibly other 
services will be unavailable in the morning. We expect services to be up 
again in the afternoon.
