[Issues] Perregrine HPC available again

Dear Astro-Wiser,

We are happy to announce that the Peregrine HPC is available again.
This was a major maintenance effort affecting large amounts of machines and
their operating system, drivers/firmware, the file system, and the SLURM
scheduler for many, as well as the DPU backend software.
Please report any deviation from normal behaviour.
