[Issues] Planned downtime 2022-11-08

Dear Astro-Wiser,

Please be aware that the Astro-Wise database will not be available on

   Tuesday, November 8th, 2022.

The database software and the database itself will be upgraded to a version
with long term support.
The database and all webservices, including the dpu, will not be available.
This is expected to take the entire day but the upgrade may spill over into
the following day considering the magnitude of the operation.
