[Issues] Most Astro-Wise webservices available again

Dear Astro-Wiser,

As of this morning, most webservices, including the dataservers, are
available again.
Only the DPU is not yet available, because the Hábrók cluster is down, as
can be monitored via https://status.hpc.rug.nl/
If you notice that a webserivce is still down or misbehaving, do
not hesitate to contact us.
Once the Hábrók cluster is operational the dpu will be restarted.
