[KIDS] Astrometry comparison: global overlap

For the astrometry team and those interested:

I have updated the astrometry comparison page with derived and applied 
residuals results for 3 overlapping tiles in all 4 key bands.  I have also 
added the results from the preliminary overlap analysis using the qcCoadd 
infrastructure.  These results can be found on the Wiki near the bottom of 
the page:
