Dear Mario, Lino, Gert, Jelte and Jeffrey,

I have added principle color plots, trilegal comparison and SDSS
comparison to the overview table:

http://wiki.astro-wise.org/projects:kids:data_deliveries:kids-eso-dr1:release_notes:photometric_calibration#overview_table

More in-depth report on it for release note is to follow soon.
For most KiDS-ESO-DR1 OBs with SDSS DR8 coverage the difference is
within 0.05mag. If not it seems that in at least 30% of the cases it
might well be due to the usage of the "forever zeropoint" which was
defined in aug 2011. See extracted table from wiki:

inter-dither extinction variations)
