[News] Update to Astro-WISE webpages

Dear news reader,

This mail is to inform you of an update to the Astro-WISE website, which 
also required a subsequent update for those pages hosted under the 
projects section of the website.

Change:
The secondary navigation bar on the webpage did not work quite as 
intended; tabs were not highlighted/active as in the primary navigation 
bar. This is now corrected.

In all (project or otherwise) pages there is one line that has changed:

<body class="tab-4">

is replaced by one of:

<body class="tab-projects" id="subtab-comals">
<body class="tab-projects" id="subtab-kids">
<body class="tab-projects" id="subtab-omegatrans">
<body class="tab-projects" id="subtab-omegawhite">
<body class="tab-projects" id="subtab-vesuvio">
<body class="tab-projects" id="subtab-lofar">
<body class="tab-projects" id="subtab-ocam">
<body class="tab-projects" id="subtab-awe">

whichever is appropriate for that project page. Future updates or 
additions to the project pages should follow this scheme. The examples 
in the CVS directory awprojects/EXAMPLEPROJECT have been updated 
accordingly, the updates should speak for themselves too.
