[News] Upgrade to Python 3

Hi everyone,

We are preparing to support Astro-WISE under Python 3.5. The plan is to
ensure the Astro-WISE code (AWBASE version) will be compatible with 3.5
by the first week of September while staying compatible with 2.7.11. If
needed we will support both
2.7.11 and 3.5 installations for a brief period after October 4th.

Users that have committed their code in astro/experimental: we will not
update those scripts to be compatible with Python 3, you will have to do
that yourselves.
