[WP3] Type evolution announcement

Dear database administrators,

On Friday, February 4th, we plan to evolve several types.
Please use the AWBASE version of the Python code or refrain from doing
cvs updates to avoid problems with your local installation.

In addition, is any of you still using Oracle 9i?
If that is the case, please say so now, because we may start to commit code
that only works under 10g.
