[WP3] connecting dataservers

Folks,

In order to connect the Groningen, Bonn and Munich data servers I 
modified in Environment.cfg (in astro.local)the following:

In Groningen:
remote_dataservers:ds.astro.uni-bonn.astro-wise.org:8000,ds.ocam.mpe.astro-wise.org:8000

In Bonn:
local_dataservers:ds.astro.uni-bonn.astro-wise.org:8000
remote_dataservers:ds.astro.rug.astro-wise.org:8000,ds.ocam.mpe.astro-wise.org:8000

In Munich:
local_dataservers:ds.ocam.mpe.astro-wise.org:8000
remote_dataservers:ds.astro.rug.astro-wise.org:8000,ds.astro.uni-bonn.astro-wise.org:8000


Please, after checking for any errors I might have introduced, update 
you cvs and restart your dataservers.
