[WP3] Test dataserver

I have a test dataserver running on port 18000, the code is in 
common/net/dataserver_server_test.py. It should be started in the same 
way as the regular dataserver_server.py code except for the port number 
of course and with an extra command line option:
-e <your AWESCRIPTROOT path>/astro/net/dataserver_fits_extractor.py

Could you all please startup this server (version 1.19).
