[WP3] objectlist.py and awdbutil.py

A new version of common/database/objectlist.py has just ben implemented
together with
a new version of astro/toolbox/awdbutil.py which requires the dba's to
execute  astro/toolbox/awdbutil.py as awoper to implement a new pl/sql
routine.
