[Comm2011] commissioning log day 0, updated log day -1

Dear All,

Attached is the commissioning log for night 0, 28/29 April.

To summarize, very little data was taken today as Olaf was preparing 
OmegaCAM for dismounting.  A readnoise, bias, and quick check template were 
observed in the morning, and the remainder of the day was spent processing 
and analyzing data.  The highlight was the gain and readnoise values for the 
new gain/FIERA filter settings.  There were some lamp problems noted from 
last night, but the data processed yielded consistent results after removal 
of bad data.  The astrometric correction module for the determination of 
CRPIXn values for two of the commissioning tasks was successfully completed.

The commissioning log from last night was updated with details from 
observations of Thomas S.
