[Comm2011] OCAM2 observing schedule input

Hi John,

As input for your observing schedule we propose from here:
-Flux linearity: photometric conditions required
-SA on 32 chips with ADC in under photometric conditions. (What is ADC 
status)
-polar field with and without ADC might be useful as well.
-If time permits: choose one of the Southern SDSS standard fields 
depending on your available RA: see 
http://www-star.fnal.gov/Southern_ugriz/www/Fieldindex.html
