 Another issue we ran into is that the dome lights are quite bright. 
I don't know the precise values, but it's something like this:  

 To get 20000 ADU:  

 u = 60s  

 r = 0.5s  

 g=0.5s  

 i=0.5s  

 z=2.s  

 Therefore shuttercheck and gain have been taken with z filter and
exposure times scaled down.
