[Comm2011] object name recording and twilight flats

Dear Ewout,

A practical request from here:

Now that OBJECT keyword cannot be filled yet:
Is there a reasonable way on the mountain to store a object name 
somewhere else in the header nevertheless?
For instance: HIERARCH ESO OBS NAME = 'Maintenance' / OB name
Perhaps somebody from the commissioning team can look into this?

(Side note: in case there is spare time: twilight flats for a single 
filter (e.g., g) are a nice to have.)
