[Issues] CalTS: chip and filter lists

Hi All,

this is a minor usability issue. After selecting an instrument in CalTS the 
chip and filter drop down lists still offer the complete list of chips and 
filters of all instruments, respectively, that are stored in the database. Is 
there a way to constrain the entries in these drop down lists to the 
instrument specific chips and filters?
