[Issues] CalTS: chip and filter lists

Hi Hans,

What you describe should not happen.  The instrument chosen should limit the 
chip and filter displayed.  Can you tell which dbuser/project/instrument 
combination causes this?  I tried looking at various projects and 
instruments as myself and as awanonymous and failed to reproduce your issue. 
Are you somehow using a different CalTS (e.g., not calts.astro-wise.org)? 
Perhaps it is an older or experimental version.  Also, what browser are you 
using?  That would doubtfully have an effect on it, but it might be the 
case.
