[Issues] CalTS: chip and filter lists

Hi John,

thanks. Checking calts.astro-wise.org as anonymous user I can see that things 
work as you describe, so I think we can rule out the web browser (firefox 
2.0.0.4, by the way).

I was using our WFI tutorial database, which is not federated as far as I know 
from Jan, and a local installation of CalTS on ex-ocam02.exgal.mpe.mpg.de

So it seems to be a problem of our local installation. I will talk to Jan.
